Roald Dahl

We were lucky enough to enjoy two great productions today. KS2 watched a ‘Dash of Dahl’ whilst KS1 enjoyed a version of the BFG.

JLPS Book Fair

We had a special visitor in school today. Clifford the dog came to visit our book fair! I wonder if he bought any books from Mrs Janusz and Miss Gibson?

Cricket tournament at shaw lane

On Thursday 30th April we took 8 children to a inter schools cricket tournament at shal lane. We started at 10am and played right though until 2pm so the children had a full day to enjoy. We played 6 games winning 4 and only losing 2, everybody played really well and we thoroughly enjoyed the day.
Well done to zaheer from year 2, Lucy Yates from year 3, lisle Lewis Callum nika and Leah from year 4 and jack hawley from year 5 who took part.

A Special Goodbye to Mrs Martin

We were all sad to say goodbye to Mrs Martin today as she starts a new job after Easter in Rotherham. We hope you have a great time there with your new Year 1 class.
